CW Agreement Time Remaining (“the extension”) is an internal team tool that displays the remaining hours on One Time Prepaid ConnectWise Manage agreements directly on ConnectWise screens. This policy explains exactly what data it handles.
Team passcode. The passcode you enter on the options page
is stored using the browser’s extension storage
(chrome.storage.sync). It lives in your browser / your
signed-in Chrome profile and is used only to authenticate requests to our
proxy. It is never sent to any third party.
Display preferences. Your warning thresholds and show/hide toggles are stored the same way.
The extension stores nothing else. It uses no analytics, advertising, tracking, cookies, or fingerprinting.
The extension runs on ConnectWise Manage pages
(*.myconnectwise.net). On a screen where a
single client is in context, it reads whichever of these
identifiers that page provides, in order of preference:
On a time-entry screen it also reads the selected agreement name, so it can highlight the agreement you are billing to.
It sends that identifier, together with your team passcode, to our own
Cloudflare Worker proxy
(https://cwproxy.amurphy-887.workers.dev). The proxy uses it
to look up that client’s One Time Prepaid agreements in ConnectWise
and returns their remaining hours, which the extension displays on the
page.
This extension is distributed unlisted for use by our team against our own ConnectWise instance. Access is gated by the team passcode.
The passcode and preferences remain in your browser storage until you clear them on the options page or remove the extension. Removing the extension deletes its stored data. The proxy does not retain the identifiers it receives beyond servicing the request.
